We have made every effort to provide you with a secure and convenient online shopping experience. In order to do so, you will have to navigate away from our site in order to place your order. Online Store Inventory:

Our Online Store is meant to supplement our retail store inventory - we will use it for special offers and package deals that you will not find in our retail store.

For the Spring and Summer, we will be offering Summer Camper items including; breeches and jodpurs, boots and half chaps, helmets and gloves. We will also offer Camper Package Deals. Everything you or your camper will need to enjoy the season!

Online Store Policies: Use of the FTC Online Store website indicates user's acceptance of Freeport Tack Company, Inc. terms and policies.

  • In stock items are shipped from our store within 24 -36 hours from the time the order was placed.
  • Most regular shipments items will be shipped via UPS ground service.
  • Gift certificates will be sent first class mail.
  • Call us for any pricing on expedited services. 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unused product within 21 days of receipt (as indicated by UPS) for an exchange, store credit for a future purchase or refund of the purchase price of the merchandise. Returns will not be accepted after the 21 day limit. Items must be in new condition with tags and packaging in place. Used, abused, or broken after use items will not be accepted. Items without original packaging or with tags removed will not be accepted. If you receive an item that is damaged or not in new condition, we need to be contacted immediately. Failure to do so will force us to believe any damage occurred while in your possession and will deem the item non-returnable. 

  • Shipping charges will not be refunded. 
  • If an item breaks or becomes damaged during normal use because of a manufacturing defect Freeport Tack Co., Inc. will repair, replace, or refund the purchase price of the returned product as dictated by the manufacturer's warrantee.
  • For your protection, we recommend that you ship your return back to us via UPS or US Postal Service with insured service. This protects you in case the shipment is damaged or lost in transit. This will also allow you to track your return shipment easily through that carrier. We cannot assume responsibility for misdirected, damaged, or lost shipment.
  • In the unlikely event that the incorrect item is shipped to you (i.e. you ordered boots and received helmet) please contact us for return instructions.
  • Please contact the carrier (UPS etc.) immediately if your shipment arrives damaged.
